In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of the notification no. 1165 / 77-4-08-65N/08, dated __ July, 2008.

In exercise of the powers under clause (d) of section 2 and section 3 of Uttar Pradesh industrial Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act no-6 of 1976) read with section 21 of Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no-1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. - 687/77-4-01-03(N)/2001 April 24, 2001 as amended time to time:-

Amendment

In the aforesaid notification for the word "Taj Express Way" and "Taj Express Way Industrial Development Authority" Wherever occurring the words "Yamuna Express Way" and "Yamuna Express Way Industrial Development Authority" shall be respectively substituted.
