Commercial plots are primarily planned at sectors 14, 15 and form a small part on every sector. Details of various plots for size, location, status can be checked through the GIS portal. The allotment rates for commercial plots can be found here. A general process of allotment of plots have been mentioned below:

1 Commercial ( Kiosks ) E-Auction Applicant quoting highest for the shop applied for are eligible for allotment
2 Commercial ( Shopping Complex ) E-Auction Applicant quoting highest for the shop applied for are eligible for allotment
3 Commercial ( Petrol pump, Hotel, Mall ) Two Bid System

Technical Bid + Financial Bid

  • For any Applicant/Bidder for a particular plot, Bidders qualifying in technical bid are eligible for financial bid opening
  • Financial bids are then opened for Technically Eligible Bidders ( minimum 3)
  • Bidder quoting highest price are eligible for plot allotment
